隐私政策

1. 适用范围
本政策适用于 SnapSort iOS App，以及 SnapSort 的公开帮助、支持和隐私页面。它说明 App 在设备上如何处理信息、哪些内容会交给 Apple 系统服务，以及你主动联系支持时会发生什么。
2. App 不会发送给运营者的数据
当前版本的 SnapSort 不会把你选择的图片、OCR 文字、地址、联系方式、代码、笔记、行动状态、搜索内容、成长里程碑或设备标识发送给 SnapSort 运营者。App 不包含广告、使用分析、跨应用追踪或生成式 AI SDK，也没有账号、云同步或远程 OCR 服务。
3. 图片与设备端处理
SnapSort 使用 Apple 系统照片选择器，只处理你每次主动选择的图片，不扫描整个照片图库，也不删除 Photos 中的原图。OCR 使用 Apple Vision 在设备本地完成；日期、地点、链接、联系方式和代码等候选信息由设备端规则提取。
如果图片仅存于 iCloud，Apple 的照片服务可能需要联网下载你主动选择的项目。该系统传输由 Apple 及你的设备设置管理，不是 SnapSort 将图片上传给运营者。
4. 保存在设备上的信息
根据你的操作和设置，SnapSort 可在本地保存低分辨率重编码缩略图、OCR 文字、提取结果、你修改的内容、建议行动、执行状态、创建日期、分类、本地偏好和成长里程碑。导入的原始图片不会由 SnapSort 持久保存。设备备份是否包含 App 数据由 iOS 和你的备份设置决定。
为避免中断后重复创建或撤销系统事项，App 会短暂保留最小恢复日志，其中包括随机卡片/行动标识、操作类型、阶段、成功标记及系统返回的不透明标识。日志不包含图片、OCR 文字、标题、地址、备注、代码或行动内容；安全恢复完成后会删除。
5. Apple 与其他系统服务
只有在你检查并确认后，SnapSort 才会请求 Calendar 或 Reminders 权限、创建对应项目，或把确认的地址、HTTPS 链接、邮箱、电话号码和代码交给 Apple Maps、浏览器、Mail、Phone 或系统剪贴板。SnapSort 不读取剪贴板，也不读取现有 Calendar 内容。
Apple 系统服务、iCloud、你打开的网站、邮件收件人或电话接收方可能按各自条款和隐私政策处理数据。SnapSort 运营者无法控制你主动交给这些服务或接收方的内容。
6. 支持与隐私页面
本网站只提供静态页面，不含账号、联系表单、广告、分析、追踪脚本或第三方嵌入内容。为返回网页，托管服务器会处理浏览器请求中的 IP 地址和连接信息；本网站已关闭并丢弃页面访问日志，不将这些信息用于分析或广告。
7. 你主动联系支持时
如果你发送邮件，运营者会收到你选择提供的邮箱地址、邮件内容和附件，仅用于回复、排查问题及处理必要事项。支持邮箱由 Google Gmail 提供；Google 对邮件服务数据的处理受其隐私政策约束。
支持消息只在处理请求和必要后续沟通所需期间保留，之后会从活动邮箱中删除。你可向 kellyshen8623@gmail.com 提出访问或删除请求；法律要求、争议处理或安全需要保留的最少信息可能继续保存。邮件服务商可能根据其政策在备份中暂存副本。
请勿发送含密码、验证码、住址、成绩、申请材料或他人个人信息的原始截图。除非确有必要并已脱敏，请不要附加图片或 OCR 内容。
8. 敏感代码与数据删除
SnapSort 默认可在列表中遮挡敏感代码。你可以删除单张缩略图、单张卡片，或在设置中清除 SnapSort 用户内容。清除操作不会删除 Photos 原图、已经创建在 Calendar 或 Reminders 中的事项、系统剪贴板内容或设备/iCloud 备份中的历史副本；偏好设置会保留。开启“复制后清除敏感代码”时，代码从 SnapSort 记录中移除后不能恢复。
9. 安全与政策更新
SnapSort 通过端侧处理、数据最小化、按需权限、操作前确认、敏感代码遮挡和本地删除控制降低风险。任何设备或软件都无法保证绝对安全。若功能或数据处理方式发生变化，运营者会更新本政策及生效日期。

SnapSort is designed to work locally. The app does not require an account. Screenshot recognition, classification, search, and milestones are processed on your device.
1. Scope
This policy covers the SnapSort iOS app and its public help, support, and privacy pages. It explains on-device processing, information handed to Apple system services, and what happens when you contact support.
2. Data the app does not send to the operator
The current version does not send your selected images, OCR text, addresses, contact details, codes, notes, action status, searches, milestones, or device identifiers to the SnapSort operator. The app has no advertising, usage analytics, cross-app tracking, generative-AI SDK, account system, cloud sync, or remote OCR service.
3. Images and on-device processing
SnapSort uses Apple’s system photo picker and processes only the image you choose each time. It does not scan the photo library or delete the original in Photos. OCR uses Apple Vision on your device. Dates, locations, links, contact details, and codes are extracted locally using rules.
If an image is stored only in iCloud, Apple Photos may download the item you chose. This system transfer is managed by Apple and your device settings; SnapSort does not upload the image to its operator.
4. Information stored on your device
Depending on your actions and settings, SnapSort may store a re-encoded low-resolution thumbnail, OCR text, extracted details, your edits, suggested actions, action status, creation dates, categories, local preferences, and milestones. SnapSort does not persist the imported original image. Whether app data is included in a device backup depends on iOS and your backup settings.
To prevent a system action from being duplicated after an interruption, the app temporarily stores a minimal recovery log containing random card/action identifiers, operation type, phase, success state, and an opaque system identifier. It contains no image, OCR text, title, address, note, code, or action content and is deleted after safe recovery.
5. Apple and other system services
Only after you review and confirm does SnapSort request Calendar or Reminders permission, create an item, or hand a confirmed address, HTTPS link, email address, phone number, or code to Apple Maps, a browser, Mail, Phone, or the system clipboard. SnapSort does not read the clipboard or existing Calendar content.
Apple system services, iCloud, websites you open, email recipients, and phone recipients may process data under their own terms and privacy policies. The SnapSort operator cannot control content you choose to give to those services or recipients.
6. Support and privacy pages
This website serves static pages only. It has no account, contact form, advertising, analytics, tracking scripts, or third-party embeds. The hosting server processes the IP address and connection information in a browser request to return a page. Page access logging is disabled and discarded; this information is not used for analytics or advertising.
7. When you contact support
If you email support, the operator receives the email address, message, and attachments you choose to provide. They are used only to reply, investigate an issue, and handle necessary matters. The support mailbox is provided by Google Gmail; Google’s processing of email-service data is covered by its Privacy Policy.
Support messages are kept only as long as needed to handle the request and necessary follow-up, then deleted from the active mailbox. You may request access or deletion by emailing kellyshen8623@gmail.com. Minimal information may be retained when required by law or needed to handle a dispute or security issue. The email provider may retain temporary backup copies under its policies.
Do not send original screenshots containing passwords, verification codes, addresses, grades, application materials, or other people’s personal information. Do not attach images or OCR text unless necessary and redacted.
8. Sensitive codes and deletion
SnapSort can mask sensitive codes in lists by default. You can delete a thumbnail, a card, or all SnapSort user content in Settings. Clearing app content does not delete the original Photos item, items already created in Calendar or Reminders, clipboard content, or historical copies in device/iCloud backups. Preferences are retained. If “Clear sensitive codes after copying” is enabled, a cleared code cannot be restored.
9. Security and policy updates
SnapSort reduces risk through on-device processing, data minimization, permission controls, confirmation before actions, masking sensitive codes, and local deletion controls. No device or software can guarantee absolute security. If features or data practices change, the operator will update this policy and its effective date.
