常见问题

照片无法导入

确认图片可以在 Apple“照片”中打开。若图片仅存于 iCloud，请连接网络并等待系统完成下载，再回到 SnapSort 重新选择。

OCR 识别为空或不准确

尽量使用清晰、正向且对比度足够的图片。你可以在分析页编辑识别文字或日期、地点和行动类型，再选择重新解析。执行前请核对内容。

日历事件或提醒事项没有创建

检查日期和时间、系统设置中的 Calendar 或 Reminders 权限，以及设备是否有可写入的默认日历或提醒列表。拒绝权限时，可以先复制详情或仅保存在 SnapSort。

如何删除 SnapSort 中的数据？

在资料库中删除单条卡片或缩略图，或前往设置中的“本地存储”清除 SnapSort 用户内容。清除操作不会删除“照片”中的原图，也不会删除已经创建在 Apple Calendar 或 Reminders 中的项目。

代码为什么被遮挡？

列表默认遮挡敏感代码。可在设置中修改遮挡选项；若开启“复制后清除敏感代码”，复制后该代码会从 SnapSort 记录中清除且不能恢复。

隐私

SnapSort 不要求账号。你主动选择图片后，OCR 和规则分类在设备本地完成；App 不会把截图或识别文字上传给 SnapSort 运营者。详见SnapSort 隐私政策。

SnapSort turns a screenshot you choose into an action you can review and edit. Image recognition, classification, search, and milestones are processed on your device.

Email the developer, Kelly Shen:

Include your device model, iOS version, SnapSort version and build, a description of the issue, and steps to reproduce it. Do not send original screenshots containing passwords, verification codes, addresses, grades, application materials, or other people’s information. Redact examples or use synthetic samples.

Common issues

  • Photo import: make sure the image opens in Apple Photos. For an iCloud-only item, connect to the internet and wait for Apple Photos to download it before choosing it again.
  • OCR is empty or inaccurate: use a clear, upright image. Edit the recognized text or extracted details and reanalyze. Review all details before taking an action.
  • Calendar or Reminder was not created: check the date and time, the relevant iOS permission, and whether the device has a writable default calendar or reminder list.
  • Delete SnapSort data: delete a card or thumbnail in the Library, or clear SnapSort user content in Settings. This does not delete the original photo or items already created in Apple Calendar or Reminders.
